我成功把一只脚踩进了公司的corporate
另外一只脚还在R&D部门研究、写报告、validate QC/QA managers的水准

有些人说我很幸运
说实在我不否认我在工作上的幸运
那种遇到贵人遇到时机遇到机会的幸运

我是幸运的大番薯!

oops!我不是大番薯you know..
话说corporate充满了老老的uncle和aunty
结果当我被介绍的时候有人当场说出心声
"Oh my! You are not young! You are SMALL!!"
也正因为如此 我得到了别人得不到的包容
*庆幸*

不小心成为公司web page的admin committee
又不小心要准备train分行们的QC/QA manager
更不小心加入了training新人的阵容

我顿时变身成为公司里的老职员
我什么都不会
不过IT manager一语点醒梦中人
"Nevermind if you don't know. We join corporate at the age of at least 35, and now we are 45. We spend 10 years to learn and 10 years to perform. You join at 22. Use your calculator. How many years do you have?"

我拥有的是时间
如果用CEO的方程式
"Time=training+opportunity"
那我拥有比别人更多的优势
*怕什么?*

一步登天是不可能的
所以一步一步来
我相信有一天我能做得比现在更好

正如Director说的
